Open System Settings

Scroll to Safari

Under General find Extensions category

Select Dark Reader

Switch On

For convenience allow on all websites (no data is ever collected)

Now open Safari browser

Click the puzzle icon near the address bar

Select Dark Reader from the menu

You can disable or enable according to system dark theme

You can disable for a particular website

Choose a theme or see more themes

There are many themes to choose from

You can create your own theme

You can disable the extension by default and enable manually for each website
